If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact us in advance by email: info@highercoffee.co.

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace link. You can view the status at any time via this link.

We roast as Omni-Roast: a roast optimized for both espresso and filter, automatic coffee machines, and other brewing methods. Our roast level is medium – balanced, aromatic, and emphasizes the individual characteristics of each bean.

For maximum freshness, we recommend consumption within 10 weeks of the roasting date.

Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry, and dark place. Coffee does not like moisture, heat, air, and light. Do not store in the refrigerator – it will absorb foreign odors there.

Check the brewing instructions on the respective product page – there you will find specific recipes (e.g., V60, Espresso, French Press).
