WE ARE COFFEE ROASTERS.

We love coffee and the craft behind it. In our roastery in Neuss , we roast in small batches to ensure that every bag is fresh.

We believe that great coffee starts with great beans. That's why we work with reliable partners and source only specialty coffees.

OUR QUALITY STANDARDS.

We take every step seriously to ensure that every roast meets our standards for clarity, sweetness, and balance.

1. Cupping

Each batch is tasted the day after roasting to assess taste, balance and consistency.

2. Weight loss

We monitor the roasting process by measuring weight loss. Our goal is a weight loss of 13–15% to optimally balance structure and aroma.

3. Extraction Yield & TDS

We test the extraction of each coffee for both espresso and filter coffee.

  • Our target extraction yield is 20% across all brewing methods.
  • For TDS , we aim for 10% for espresso and 1.25% for filter coffee – for a full-bodied, expressive cup.

ROAST LEVEL.

All our coffees are medium roasted. This balanced roasting process preserves the natural flavor nuances and individual character of each bean – from origin to cup.

ROASTING PROCESS.

We exclusively offer omni-roasted coffees . This means that our coffees are suitable for espresso, filter brewing methods, fully automatic machines, and other preparation methods.
