For orders over €40, we offer free shipping.

Shipping to EU countries €15.50.

All orders are shipped with DHL within one business day of purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@highercoffee.co.
Returns must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by Higher Coffee and must be borne by the customer.

Taste-based complaints (e.g., roast level) will be handled at our discretion.
