We are looking for you to join our specialty coffee bar in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort. Modern bar, top equipment, really good coffee.

Your tasks

• Prepare espresso, filter coffee, and milk-based drinks to a high standard
• Maintain the machine and grinder – dialing-in, cleanliness, consistency
• Advise guests: what tastes like what, which bean suits whom
• Help out with daily operations

What you bring to the table

• A desire to talk to people about coffee
• Experience in specialty coffee is a plus, but not a must
• Carefulness and speed simultaneously, even when it's busy
• German or English, both are fine
• Young Spirit: curious, reliable, a passion for quality craftsmanship

What you can expect

• approx. 20–30 hours per week, predictable shifts
• Working with top equipment
• Real training
• Small team, short communication channels
• Coffee non-stop

Your Responsibilities

• Produce daily baked goods: viennoiserie, cakes, cookies, seasonal items
• Plan quantities and freshness to ensure nothing is missing and nothing goes to waste
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP, allergens, etc.)

What you bring to the table

• Training or solid practical experience in baking
• Early shifts are fine for you
• A feel for dough and a modern understanding of baking
• Self-reliance: you know what needs to be done without someone standing over you
• Desire to bring your own ideas to the menu
