Sourced from the renowned Fazenda Santa Bárbara in Brazil, this Yellow Bourbon lot offers everything you would expect from a first-class Brazilian coffee – with a refined touch. Grown at an optimal altitude of 1,000 meters and naturally processed, these size 16+ beans are full of depth, warmth, and a smooth character. In the cup, you'll find rich notes of nougat and dark cocoa, complemented by the nutty roundness of Brazil nuts. The coffee is characterized by a good, smooth body and a creamy mouthfeel, making it ideal for espresso and milk-based drinks. All our coffees are medium-dark omni-roasted and suitable for filter and espresso brewing methods.
