Variety Red Bourbon
This coffee comes from the Bumbogo Washing Station in the Gakenke District of Rwanda – one of the country's highest-altitude processing stations. The cherries grow at elevations between 1,650 and 2,200 meters under ideal climatic conditions. Warm days and cool nights promote slow maturation, ensuring distinct sweetness and complex fruit aromas. The coffee is produced in collaboration with Muraho Trading Company, founded with the goal of redefining quality while creating sustainable value for farmers. Processing is carried out with high precision: only fully ripe cherries are hand-selected and then sun-dried as naturals for 30 to 45 days on traditional drying beds. Each lot is recorded separately and fully traceable.
